Celebrating the Centenary Commemorative DVD

This commemorative pack of two DVDs is due to be released towards the end of November at the price of £12.50 (+ £1.50 p+p).
Disc 1
A fascinating audio-visual documentary featuring our two years of Centenary celebrations, looking back through the archives to the building of St Martin’s, and portraying a snapshot of parish life in 2011.
Presented by the Rector, Ken Boyce, it includes a conversation with Lady Morrison, granddaughter of the 7th Earl and Countess Beauchamp who both took a prominent part in the building of our church.
The early history of the church is seen in archive material from a number of sources, brought together for the first time in this unique presentation. The story of our Centenary celebrations begins with highlights of the Service in October 2009, commemorating the Laying of the Foundation Stone. Then a wealth of photographic stills, video clips and music reflect the exhibitions, special services, social events and special projects of the Centenary, and the life of the parish today.

Disc 2 - The complete Centenary Service in June 2011, celebrating the Consecration of the church.
