If you are new to St Martin’s, please see the Welcome notice on the inside cover of the service book. Children of all ages are very welcome in church:
 During the Sung Eucharist there is a Sunday Club each week except the 2nd Sunday of the month for those of primary school age. Younger children are also welcome, accompanied by an adult. Please go to the Lower Vestry after the first hymn. On the second Sunday children and families are particularly encouraged to attend the whole service.
 Babies and toddlers are welcome to use the carpeted area in Church, where there are toys available.

Team Family Service at St. Martin's 3.30pm Sunday 5 February to which everyone is enthusiastically invited by Revd Fran Binding. It will be a Candlemas service celebrating young and old and especially grandparents and grandchildren. Definitely an all age occasion!

Accession Service
This year is the 60th anniversary of the Accession to the Throne of Elizabeth II on February 6. The Book of Common Prayer provides an annual service for the anniversary of the accession. We shall use the service this year in our evening worship on Sunday 5 February at 6.30pm.

Messy Church
The next Messy Church will be on 18 February at 10.00am. The theme is The Lost Coin, and it is the first birthday for St. Martin's Messy Church. Please would you see Gail or Martin Rowley if you would be able to help by making little decorated cakes for party food. On Saturday 25 February there will be a Barn Dance to raise funds for Messy Church. Tickets are available from Gail, Martin, Bill or the Team Office. Details in the Magazine and on posters

The Team Lent Away Day  will take place at St Leonard’s church, Beoley, on Tuesday 6 March, from 10am to 3pm, led by Revd Christine Holzapfel. The cost for the day will be £8, including a sandwich lunch. Sign-up sheets can be found at the back of Church. Please return them to Revd Phil Bradford via the Team Office.

Free Magazines for neighbours
Do you know someone in your neighbourhood who doesn't currently take the Parish Magazine? If you think they may be interested in keeping in touch with their local church and making use of advertising from local businesses, please take a complimentary copy from the back of church and offer it to them this month. Then if they'd like to subscribe for the year, please tell your distributor or George Bushell (his phone number is on the back of the magazine). David Scott (Magazine Editor)

Lent Groups
You are warmly invited to join a Discussion Group during the period of Lent. This year we will be following a York Course entitled Rich Inheritance: Jesus’ Legacy of Love. The groups will meet for five sessions, starting in the week beginning 27 February  unless otherwise indicated. If you would like to attend a group please contact the group leader to let them know that you will be coming. Details of groups are available at the back of church.

Suttons Seed Catalogues  are at the back of church. Seeds and plants are delivered direct to you, and a profit goes to Missionary Committee funds.

Exhibition in the Dean's Chapel of the Cathedral  10.00am – 5.00pm 25 January - 10 February: Worcester Never Looked Better: Cathedral and Town in the Nineteenth Century.
