About the Event

A musical coffee morning for charity - live music in an informal atmosphere,  with good coffee, speciality teas and delicious home-made cakes and biscuits. (Subject to current restrictions being lifted.)

Adam Place piano

A Licenciate of Trinity College London, Adam plays a programme of two titans: Bach Partita No 6 in E minor and Beethoven's Sonata No 23, Appassionata. Bach's Partita has been described as the composer's "crowning work" and touches on all the summits of human emotion. This is set against the Appassionata Sonata which is one of the few works by Beethoven which ends in tragedy - but please don't let that put you off!

Free entry with donations to charity. Adam has kindly offered to support our own WOW Appeal.
